- Three Current Photos of yourself:
a. Suit and tie
b. Swim suit
c. A head/face shot
- A bio of yourself including the reason that you
became interested in the funeral industry
- A one-time NON REFUNDABLE entrance fee of $250.00.
There are no age limitations. Send all the above to:
